We love our products and hope you do too. We regretfully do not accept any returns or exchanges for products purchased off our online store. In accordance with section 20(3)(a) and (b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, for reasons of public health, we do not take back or refund items that have been dispatched.
If however an item is damaged upon arrival, we will set you up with an exchange* item. Simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
*Valid for within 7 days of receipt (purchase of gift cards are non-refundable). All reject product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories.
