Cheese: A Brie Petit baby wheel (approx. 650g), Wineland Chef’s Camembert 250g, Wineland Blue Camembert Tower 150g, a flavoured Brie wedge 125g (either a Brie with Green Fig or Cape Chilli), a piece of Huguenot 200g and a wedge of Boland 200g.

To appreciate fully, serve Brie and Camembert at room temperature.

Pantry: A jar of Kalamata Olives, Green Jalapeño Jelly, and Purple Fig & Port Jam. A pack of Melba Toast. 

Utensils: A black cheese slicer and a stainless steel Brie knife.

Serves 20-25 people.
