Our Full Cream Jersey Feta is moist with a chalky yet creamy texture and well-rounded flavour profile.  It is lively and rich and delivers a decent underlying tangy, fruity, milky (almost meaty) flavour with a good balance of saltiness and creaminess.

Made using only the finest quality milk from a pasture-fed Jersey herd.

Ingredients:  Pasteurised Jersey cow's milk, salt, non-animal rennet, selected cheese cultures, brine (water, salt, calcium chloride, lactic acid).  Colourant, preservative and flavourant free.
