This cheese has been slow matured for 12 months and is an award-winning, semi-hard cheese with a natural rind.  Moulded into huge golden cartwheels, it is medium in character, with nutty overtones and aged texture.

To appreciate fully, this special cheese is best served thinly shaved using a cheese slicer.

Ingredients:  Pasteurised Jersey cow's milk, salt, non-animal rennet, selected cheese cultures. Colourant, preservative and flavourant free. Suitable for lacto (milk) vegetarian.
