Made in cylindrical moulds of 150g to create the tower shape. The soft pâte is slightly peppered with blue veins and is creamy and delicate in flavour.  Perfect for hesitant blue eaters.

To appreciate fully, serve at room temperature.

Ingredients:  Pasteurised Jersey cow's milk, cream, salt, non-animal rennet, selected cheese cultures. Colourant, preservative and flavourant free. Suitable for lacto (milk) vegetarian.
