Cut from the largest head of cheese made in South Africa and conveniently packaged in portions of 250g.  Huguenot is our award-winning, washed-rind, semi-hard cheese, slow matured for six months. Medium-full in character, with nutty overtones. Perfect in any recipe which calls for mature cheese. 

Please store in the freezer until required for cooking.

Ingredients:  Pasteurised Jersey cow's milk, salt, non-animal rennet, selected cheese cultures. Colourant, preservative and flavourant free. Suitable for lacto (milk) vegetarian.
