A large ( 25cm ) wheel with a bloomy white rind. The soft pâte is slightly peppered with blue veins and is creamy and delicate in flavour.

This blue cheese is mild in flavour & perfect for hesitant blue eaters. Makes a beautiful statement for a large gathering, function or celebration with its visual impact.

To appreciate fully, serve at room temperature.
