A smooth and creamy Brie with just a dash of fruity chilli with a medium bite. Each wedge has a smooth and consistent texture that pairs incredibly well with nuts, preserves and a selection of crackers.

To appreciate fully, serve at room temperature.

Ingredients: Pasteurised Jersey cow's milk, cream, pickled chillies (chillies, grape vinegar, salt, sugar), salt, non-animal rennet, selected cheese cultures. Colourant, preservative and flavourant free. Suitable for lacto (milk) vegetarian.
